Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Sabse Stylish Kaun 2026 is open to all residents of India aged 18 and above. Participants must provide valid government-issued identification upon request to claim prizes.
2. Registration & Fees: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹499 is required to enter the competition. Payments are processed securely via our integrated partners. Successful registration generates a unique Participant ID required for all subsequent steps.
3. Content Submission: Participants must upload high-resolution images (max 5MB) in JPG or PNG format. By submitting, you grant StyleBuddy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these images for promotional purposes related to Sabse Stylish Kaun 2026.
4. Prizing: The grand prize of ₹1 Lakh will be awarded to the individual deemed 'India’s Most Stylish' by our expert panel. Trophies and runner-up rewards are distributed at the national gala. All prize values are subject to applicable TDS as per Indian Tax Laws.
5. Dispute Resolution: All decisions made by StyleBuddy founders Siddharth Pandit, Priya Rajesh, and the expert panel are final and binding. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for Sabse Stylish Kaun 2026. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your payment of ₹499.
The registration fee for the competition is strictly non-refundable. Once the payment of INR 499 is successfully processed, no requests for refunds or cancellations will be entertained, as this fee covers the initial administrative and styling evaluation costs.
In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to technical errors on the payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree), participants may submit a claim within 7 working days. Valid proof of double transaction will be required for review.
